Saskia joined Maylands Physiotherapy in May 2024 as a Physiotherapist.
Education
Saskia holds a Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy) from the University of Applied Science in Bochum, Germany (Hochschule für Gesundheit) where she graduated in 2018 before moving to Australia.
Career
While waiting for her registration to be accepted in Australia, she has worked as a Physiotherapy assistant with neurological clients of all ages and as a support worker with paediatric clients.
The variety of clinical experiences has provided Saskia with a wide knowledge of treatment strategies. She has a passion to help people live a pain free life and helping them understand how the body works.
Saskia is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association. She is continuing her training in Anatomical Acupuncture (Dry Needling) and Muscle Energy Technique.
